Our directors
Alan Brown
Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant of 30 years standing, Alan has been a principal of Jamesons since 1985. He has a wide range of experience specialising in corporate and business advisory services with a portfolio of clients including companies trading in Europe, the Far East and the United States.
Simon Garner
Director
Simon, also ACA qualified, has been with Jamesons for two years after joining from a national firm. He is responsible for our audit and corporate compliance work and looks after many of our company clients. He is also from a farming background and has specialist knowledge of the agricultural sector.
Rob Kerry
Director
As well as managing a portfolio of owner managed businesses, he advises clients on starting a business and tax issues including personal tax, CIS tax and VAT.
John Short
Director
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 John has worked exclusively in general practice both in East Anglia and the Channel Islands. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients and specialises in the Legal & Property Sectors.
Bill Wilson
Director
Bill qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 after joining the practice from another local firm. He is a specialist in the field of business and capital taxes as well as Information Technology. In addition to his responsibility for our office computer systems he also advises clients on software solutions for their businesses.

Elaine Jeffrey
Client services manager
Elaine has been a manager at Jamesons for over 30 years and has considerable experience in assisting clients with their accounting and tax affairs. She manages a portfolio of corporate and owner managed business clients.
Chris Morgan
Client services manager
Another long standing member of Jamesons, Chris has been with the firm for nearly thirty years in various roles including that of practice manager. He is now responsible for carrying out much of our audit and corporate compliance work.
Nikki Hope
Payroll services manager
Nikki manages our payroll bureau and since joining the firm in 2004 has provided many of our clients with day to day payroll support and advice on employee matters.
Administration
Christine Brown
Practice administration & support
Christine has been with Jamesons for more than 10 years providing administrative and secretarial support to the directors. Christine is known to many clients through the events and seminars she has organised.
Anna Wootton
Practice administration & support
Anna joined Jamesons in 1997, also providing administrative and secretarial support to the directors. Anna is the main point of contact for our clients and administers our CCH insurance scheme.
